Linda Masters' From the Kitchen: Aie-eee, here's jazzy entrées for the freezer

The crew newsroom like it when manufacturers send food parcels in the sample, so we were delighted last week when we received a series of six, one to serve frozen meals from Zatarain, the company that sells New Orleans style and Cajun spices and blends packaged.

Main courses are new to the product line Zatarain. We cooked according to instructions in the microwave and enjoyed a buffet lunch of the New Orleans style food.
