I tried vitamins and it did not work. I do not know about the shampoo but I know you can get results with other shampoos. What worked for me was to take daily supplements biotin 5000 mcg. I also used a shampoo called Root Stimulator Organics shampoo. You can get it at Sally's (bottle green, yellow and red label). It takes some time to see a difference and your hair will never grow an inch a week, but supplements and shampoo do help. I also ate lots of protein. My hairdresser was surprised when she saw how much my hair had grown up after about three months.My nails were really too long and I had never done before. Go to Sally and review products that are. HF37 is not so different, it's just about getting the right vitamins in your system. Other products work as well or better. Good luck.
