The Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation currently holds a Train the Trainor "seminar at the Art House FSW 2 in Fort Santiago, Intramuros, Manila for FSW instructors, mentors and affiliates Camera Club. FSW Director Lito Beltran, who pushed for the project, said the seminar was designed to make teachers better instructors and photography workshops for the Foundation is regularly held.

Although FSW instructors are experts in their respective fields, many of them are non-teachers, hence the need for this seminar for educators not to arms with the basic knowledge, theories, principles, skills, values and training inherent in the teaching profession. The "Train the Trainor" seminar led by professional doctorate in the field of education. The first session last July 2, 2010, was Professor Bert J. Tuga the Department of the Philippine Normal University, who covered education teaching styles and learning theories.
