Thank you, Val, and welcome to the neighborhood CME First 2011 Conference Call and Webcast. With me today Pierre Brondeau, CEO and President, and Kim Foster, executive vice president and CFO.Peter will begin the call this morning with a review of our first quarter performance. Kim will then report on our financial position, and Pierre to end the call by providing our outlook for the remainder of 2011 and we will answer your questions. I just wanted to make the community aware of another application of chemicals to produce this weekend in our school district. Today, many of you received a call from SESD to let you know that the July 2, it will be a place of application of pesticides to all buildings SESD.
